Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (video courses, downloadable content), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The course content is technically defective or inaccessible.
• You have accidentally purchased the same course twice.
• The purchase was made unauthorized using your account details (requires proof).

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Cancellation

For recurring subscriptions (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
